You are a national treasure. I needed this as much as I need people to practice it around me. We live by example, not excoriation of others. It's so hard sometimes but not in this case. Children died. Full stop. There is nothing more to say other than, "How do we make sure it never happens again?"

I can't understand this spiteful thinking. It is astounding to me that someone could truly think that it was appropriate, that it was right or helpful to address the topic in this fashion much less the number of people large name alternative media outlets and people on socials who all of a sudden felt the need to justify their positions on why yes they weren't sorry.
I wasn't surprised Texas officials started pointing fingers. When there are dead children we absolutely ask how it happened and what we can do to take better care. They know that. They are trying to get ahead of the story. Them pointing fingers, while shameful, was expected. This blaming the innocents for clickbait however, truly leaves me disappointed and shocked. Its wrong, and its hurting the cause!
